Dr. Shannon is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science. She went on to The National College of Chiropractic where she received another Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic.
In practice, Dr. Shannon’s goal is to teach patients how to improve their health through good spinal alignment, exercise, posture-correcting rehabilitation, and stress management. She has extensive knowledge in women’s preventative health and helps female patients with natural hormone replacement options and balancing their hormones naturally to address pre- and post-menopausal concerns as well as fertility concerns.
Dr. Shannon is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Illinois Chiropractic Society. She spent two years as a public speaker for The American Cancer Society and enjoys performing health lectures throughout the community on a variety of health topics.
