Meet the Perfect Journal!

May 20, 2015 by drmaj

 Love, Love, Love!

I met a Nathan at an art fair last summer selling these wonderful handmade journal covers. The beauty is that they cover a regular old composition book so no more spending money over and over on Moleskin products.

Creative Drought

April 3, 2015 by drmaj

This past couple months have been so hard. No creativity flowing. Dry. Tired. I am hoping a bit of sun and a photo class will reinvigorate my inner artist.

December 28, 2014 by drmaj

A visit to my high school. I was obsessed with art in HS and took every class offered. We did this on the hallways by the gym.

The Sower in my Backyard

December 28, 2014 by drmaj

I spent my childhood running around in these woods and it was in these woods that I feel like Scout was really formed.

This image reminds me of The Sower from Van Gogh’s painting. This is the cornfield in Ohio behind the house I grew up in.
